Based in Somerville, Massachusetts, we are pioneers in stone-ground chocolate, using traditional Mexican stone mills to create a uniquely bold and gritty texture. We source our cacao through a Direct Trade program that ensures farmers are paid well above Fair Trade prices for their premium organic beans.
